1. Preheat the broiler. Put the butter in a small bowl and add the breadcrumbs, garlic, chili and basil. Bind together to make a paste. Divide the paste into four and place on top of each oyster. 2. Broil until the paste has melted and is lightly browned on top. Serve as a starter.
