12 watermelon balls (use a melon baller) 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. oyster sauce 1/3 c. Sherry wine 1/3 c. hot water
What to do:
1. Place watermelon balls on 2 10-in. skewers. 2. Then roll in the confectioners' sugar. 3. Separately mix the sauce until the sugar dissolves, pour over watermelon, and serve.
