1 pint Florida oysters, shucked 1 lb. Florida blue crabmeat, lump 1/4 c. Florida onions, finely chopped 1/4 c. white wine or sherry 10 oz. Swiss cheese, grated 1/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
What to do:
1. Drain oysters thoroughly and remove any remaining shell particles. 2. In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat with onions, wine and cheese; mix well. 3. Place oysters in baking dish and layer crab-cheese mixture on top. 4. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 10 min. or until oyster edges begin to curl.
