Citrus Teriyaki Florida Mullet

What you need:

4 -6 oz. Florida mullet fillets
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Florida orange juice
1 Tbsp. Florida lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Florida honey
1 tsp. ground ginger
What to do:
1. Preheat broiler. Place fillets in a single layer on a well-greased broiler safe dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour sauce over fillets. Broil 4 in. from heat source for 10 to 15 min. or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Baste once during broiling with sauce in pan.
