1 lb. ground pork sausage 1/3 c. sweet rice flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 c. gluten-free buttermilk biscuit mix
What to do:
1. Brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain off grease. 2. Stir in flour till sausage is well coated. 3. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. 4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve over biscuits.
