4 pork chops, 3/4-1-in. thick 6 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce salt and pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. Season chops with salt & pepper. 2. Stir together honey & hot pepper sauce. 3. Grill chops over medium hot fire 8-12 min., basting with honey-pepper sauce mixture, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F, followed by a 3-min. rest time.
