4 (8 to 12 oz.) Clear Springs Dressed Whole trout 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomato 1/4 c. chunky salsa 1/4 c. sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley 2 tsp. chili powder 1 clove garlic, minced
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove heads and/or tails from trout if desired. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon mixture into trout cavities. Place trout on a foil-lined or greased shallow baking sheet. Bake 20 min. or until trout is cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
