1 medium banana 1/2 c. blueberries 1/2 c. strawberries 1/2 c. green tea, cooled 1/2 c. cranberry juice 4 ice cubes 2 Tbsp. canola oil
What to do:
1. In a blender, add banana, blueberries, strawberries, green tea, cranberry juice, ice cubes and canola oil. 2. Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
Tip: Use fresh or frozen fruit. Your favorite cold tea may be substituted for green tea.
