1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-in. thick (about 1-1/2 lbs.) 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) CAMPBELL'SŪ Condensed Golden Mushroom soup 1/4 c. water
What to do:
1. Heat the oil in a 10-in. skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides. 2. Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 mni. or until the pork is cooked through.
